Your journey will start on a 21’ Maverick Master Angler boat that can sit up to 4 anglers. It’s powered by a 225 HP Yamaha engine. The boat uses a GPS, state-of-the-art Simrad electronic fish finder, trolling motor, power pole, 2 live bait wells, and casting platform. Lake Ida is known for its freshwater species. You will be targeting three of the most famous ones: Largemouth Bass, Peacock Bass, and Clownknife Fish. Using light tackle, you’ll attract them by trolling and jigging. Your captain will provide you with top-of-the-line Shimano reels, Star rods, tackle, and all live bait. Captain will also bring snacks and water for everyone to enjoy.
